In June 2017 performer Héloïse Werner, writer Octavia Bright and I completed a week long residency with Snape Maltings in Aldeburgh. In this time we started the creation of a one woman opera called The Other Side of the Sea. The show premiered in the summer of 2018 and returns to London in April 2018 at King’s Place as part of the Venus Unwrapped Festival. I directed, filmed and edited the projections for the opera and designed/built the set with Brett Cox. See below for images of the set and its creation.
